the only point I want to add is the previous driver who initially accepted this fare is the the one I wish to register an offical complaint about as he was fully aware of the conditions and detail of the fare and he placed undue stress and complications on both ourselves and the new driver, at the last possible moment by cancelling, which is unacceptable,he needs to be taken to task "
